Club Team Tuition

Boys club season runs from September to March. The Girls club season runs from November to June. Tuition covers weekly practices, tournament participation, coaching, and team gear. See the breakdown below for pricing by team level.

    ★ 4 practices per week
    ★ 7 days of Regional tournaments

  • U15-U18 Boys & Girls teams

    No teams are planned for the Senior Division in the 2025–26 season.

Parent Membership

The Parent Membership is a special, optional program created for the parents of our club players. It offers exclusive perks and benefits to help you stay connected with the team and actively support your child's athletic journey.

Refunds

We are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all players and families. To maintain fairness and consistency, the following refund and cancellation policy applies to all programs, including club teams, clinics, camps, and training sessions.

  • 1. Registration Fees

    • All registration fees include a non-refundable deposit (typically 20% of the total cost), which covers administrative, facility, and equipment costs.

    • The exact deposit amount will be stated in each program's registration details.

    2. Refund Requests

    Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

    Before Program Start:

    • If cancellation is requested 14 days or more before the program start date, a refund will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit.

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start are eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee (minus the deposit).

    After Program Begins:

    • No refunds will be issued once the program has started, except in cases of:

      • Verified medical injury or illness (with a doctor’s note)

      • Relocation out of the area (documentation may be required)

    • In these cases, a prorated refund may be issued based on the remaining portion of the program, minus the non-refundable deposit.

    3. Missed Sessions

    • Refunds or credits are not provided for missed practices, games, or sessions due to player absence, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons.

    • If Chelsea Volleyball cancels a session due to weather, facility issues, or coach absence, a make-up session or credit may be offered.

    4. Uniform Fees & Travel

    • Uniform and apparel costs are non-refundable once ordered.

    • Travel-related expenses (hotels, flights, tournament fees) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

    5. How to Request a Refund

    Include the player's full name, program name, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documents (if required).

    6. Policy Acknowledgment

    By registering for any Chelsea Volleyball program, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
